As a healthcare setting visited by many vulnerable individuals, we are obliged to continue to take precautions to reduce the risk of covid transmission.
- All patients need to complete our brief C-19 screening questionnaire sent by email 24 hrs prior to each and every appointment.
- Please do not come to the practice if you have covid or cold symptoms.
- Unless you are exempt, please wear a mask when you visit – these can be removed in the treatment rooms by mutual consent between practitioner and patient (Ask at reception if you need a mask. These are charged at £1 each with all money going to charity).
- Please ensure you sanitise you hands on arrival in the clinic.Whilst our normal cancellation policy applies, we will not be charging for late cancelled appointments when a patient tests positive or develops covid symptoms in the 24 hours prior to their appointment. However, we do ask all patients who need to cancel to let us know IMMEDIATELY as we often have people, in pain, waiting for short notice appointments to become available (out of hours please send an email or leave a message on the answerphone).
