A blend of contemporary Pilates exercises integrating props and movement.
All-level classes aiming to improve mobility and strength.

 

Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:30 am and from 10.45 - 11.45 am

Mats and props provided.

These small group classes offer close individual supervision and are expecially suited to participants who have problems or a history of problems with their spine or other joints, or soft tissues (muscles, tendons & ligaments).

Classs passes are available as 6 week blocks for £72 and there is a maximum of 6 people in each class. Unfortunately due to the small class size, we are unable to offer credit or refund for classes missed.

9.30 - 10.30am class - Current block runs from 23rd Feb to 30th March.  Re-enrolment is in the week from 16th March (week 4 class) and will give priority to current class attendees. Any spaces not booked by Thursday 23rd (week 5) will be offered to people on the waiting list. The following block of six weeks starts on 6th April til 10th May.

10.45 - 11.45am class - Current block runs from 9 March to 13th April. Re-enrolment is in the week from 30 March (week 4 class) and will give priority to current class attendees. Any spaces not booked by Thursday 6th April (week 5) will be offered to people on the waiting list. The following block of six weeks starts on 20 April til to 25 May.

Zoom places may be available for enrolled participants who are unable to attend class in person or for others who wish to join in remotely.
