Knead the Knots

Ready below to see the benefits of massage therapy.

What Is Massage Therapy?

Massage is a combination of manipulation and stretching of the soft tissues of the body. It is used to benefit a wide range of people; from those who are suffering the stresses and strains of every day life, right through to professional athletes. It is not simply a pampering treatment used for relaxation; good massage has massive health benefits and can be used on it’s own or as part of a complementary healthcare treatment programme.

Therapeutic massage has great therapeutic properties and is suitable for everybody – aiding lymph drainage, easing away aches and pains and improving mobility. Sports massage treatments employ stronger techniques with stretching work, training and rehabilitation advice. The treatment delivered is tailored to the needs of the patient – their age, health and level of fitness.
