I qualified from the University of Manchester in 2000 and spent the first 13 years of my career working in the NHS before moving to work for the MOD at RAF Cranwell.
After a short career break living in the Middle East, I returned to the UK in 2018 working in a private hospital and clinic. I gained an MSc in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy from the University of Bath in 2022 and qualified to teach ante and post-natal pilates through the APPI.
I completed my pelvic health training through the Mummy MOT and have been working in pelvic health in the NHS since 2021 and spend most of my week working as the Clinical Specialist in Women’s and Men’s Health at Peterborough City Hospital.
