My introduction to and passion for osteopathy started almost 30 years ago after I had a successful treatment for a stiff and painful neck. I went on to train and, after graduating with a BSc (Hons) Osteopathy in 1999, I’ve been fortunate to gain a wealth of experience working both in the UK and New Zealand and I ran my own clinic with a team of osteopaths for 15 years.
Whilst primarily a structural osteopath, my knowledge has broadened and special interests developed by completing and attending various post graduate courses and seminars. These special interests include posture related symptoms, BBPV training in the Epley Manoeuvre, and sporting activities - having a golfer, footballer and athlete in the family. I enjoy Zumba sessions once or twice a week and since moving to the area am enjoying kayaking the Nene.
I am committed and positive in my approach to patient care. I aim to ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment with the best possible outcome so you can get back to the activities you love.
