Having previously attained a diploma in Anatomy & Physiology, I graduated from the London College of Homeopathy in 1994 - a 3 year full time course that included medical sciences and pathology. After a two month work experience trip to Bombay, India to experience first-hand homeopathic treatment, I came home and began to run a busy practice in Oakham where I focused on IBS, mental health, women’s health, menopause, infertility and the treatment of children. After the birth of my third child I decided to put my career on hold for a few years.
My children are now older and I have returned to the world of healthcare. I have recently graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and am now able to offer Naturopathic Nutrition treatments, complete with bespoke diet and health plans for each individual client.
I want everyone to experience that ‘feel good buzz’ that can be achieved through healthy food, supplemental herbs and vitamins - and exercise. I strongly believe that we can alleviate many symptoms of ill health through lifestyle and diet. The food that you eat really is your medicine.
I am registered with BANT - The British Association for Nutritional Therapy, and with CNHC - The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council which is on the Professional Standards Authority accredited register.
