I have been providing sports and remedial massage at The Broad Street Practice since 2007.
I have always been enthusiastic about sports, fitness and performance starting my career working with rugby clubs and swimming teams. I’ve since gained experience of working with a huge variety of patients including people recovering from injury/illness, those who are suffering with the aches, pains and strains of everyday life as well as all levels of sportspeople from just starting out right through to professional.
I first studied with Sports Performance Services at Nottingham University in 2005 where I qualified with an advanced diploma as a Level 4 Sports massage therapist. I then went on to qualify as a level 4 Sports therapist in 2008 as well as gaining a diploma in pregnancy massage.
When I’m not at work I can usually be found in the middle of a field tending to my sheep or out for a walk or run with my 3 dogs!
