Appointment Reminders

The practice has an automated system where patients can opt-in to appointment reminders, choosing either email or text reminders (or both!) scheduled 48 hrs before your appointment (giving ample opportunity for you to cancel or reschedule without penalty) and text messages 24 hours before your appointment. Please ensure that we have your correct email address and mobile number. (Please note - practitioners who organise their own diaries, rather than using our centralised, computerised practice diary - ie. the counsellors - may not have an appointment reminder system).
