I have been with the practice since 2015. I first graduated in September 2007 with an Honours degree in Sports Therapy and then obtained a post-graduate MSc qualification in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation. Most recently I have graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy.
I have spent 6 years working in professional football managing and assisting with the running of club medical departments. Subsequently I have been employed by the British Army to assist injured personnel recover from musculoskeletal injury and complex trauma.
Alongside my clinic here at the practice, I have worked within an occupational health setting for the last 7 years providing assessments, treatments, and management reports for staff from different fields of employment.
My approach to treatment is to help individuals suffering from pain, injury or illness affecting the musculoskeletal system. I am able to provide assistance to people of all ages to maintain their health and fitness whilst providing injury assessment and assistance with recovery, in addition, I am able to assist with then prevention and reduction of pain using exercise, movement and manual therapy.
